It’s time for another debut release from a new emerging artist on our label, so let’s introduce a man that goes by the name of Andrew Sko from italy! His first effort features two original tracks. „Poco Loco“ boasts a sample-heavy freaky soundscape on top of a solid groove while „Pomp In“ combines elements of minimal house with a hypnotic lead line for perfect measure.
Also, this release is big on the remix tip. No less than four remixes provide a wide range of sounds and aesthetics for you to choose from. First off, another fresh face on the label, look-alike from Berlin, delivers a bangin remix for „Poco Loco“ that picks up the best parts of the original version while adding some funny samples of children’s voices that evolve into some nice chanting throughout the track.
Our man Kalle K aka Herr Koreander (Kettenkarussel / Multivitamins) teamed up with his Hannover homie March to have another take on the track. Their „Lost In Istanbul Remix“ of „Poco Loco“ is a manifest of some really sick and creative minds – an epic dub version of 19 minutes and 48 seconds (!, this is probably one of the longest ‘dance’ tracks ever!
