Sven Jaeger is back with the follow up to his critically acclaimed debut „Casablanca“ on Love Hertz that received praises by the likes of Luciano, SIS, Len Faki, Robert Dietz and Gregor Tresher. So topping that seems like quite a challenge, but we think Sven mastered it par excellence! „Water Under The Bridge“ once again showcases Sven’s signature sound, managing to keep things deep without lacking a proper toughness. Nice complex drum patterns meet solid chord work topped by some mysterious vocals making for one of those rare tracks that might work in peak time and more laid back settings alike.
On remix duties we have none less than the men of the moment Florian Kruse & Nils Nürnberg (8Bit / Liebe Detail / Dessous) who provide one of their very own deep house takes on this stellar tune. Remix number two comes from Love Hertz’ very own label honchos Autodeep (Galaktika Rec. / Night Drive Music) who rework the tune into a slightly slowed down groover with references to disco and classic detroit sound. Sven’s friend Andy Kleimann and Phonolulu (Boxer Rec.) finally round up this release with a heavy techno interpretation pefect for those who like their 4/4 a bit more upfront and peak time compatible!
